Initially joined the company as a First Officer on the B737, later transferring to the B787.During Winter 17/18, I undertook a detachment with our Canadian sister airline, Sunwing. I gained invaluable experience with winter and North American operations.

Having obtained a Boeing 737 (300-900) type rating, I proceeded to operate from over a dozen different bases in Europe and Morocco over a 3 year period. As Europe's largest low-cost airline Ryanair boasts an impressive route network extending across Europe and Morocco. The diverse nature of this operation allowed me to develop a solid foundation of technical and interpersonal skills.

Tenerife Villas Ltd operates mainly as an intermediary between independent villa owners and holidaymakers. As a trusted booking agent, the company would take on nearly all responsibilities of maintaining a property, selling and managing bookings to holidaymakers.My responsibilities as a Villa Holiday Coordinator included:- Creating holidays for a number of clients involving airport transfers, excursions and accommodating special requests - Design and publication of online advertisements- Acting as point-of-contact for customers and assisting them prior to, during and after their holiday- The research of local attractions, methods of transport and local amenities to form business relations such as organising a discount program for our clients on various excursions and with care hire and airport transfer companies. Often, I would step outside my comfort zone for the benefit of the company and our clients. For example, despite having limited web design knowledge, I constructed a new user-friendly website for the company in a very short period of time.
