• NN Life is a Japan insurance company. They are hiring various technology vendors, one of them is DXC which is to maintain their core system.• I have gone through various domains: Agency Management, Agency Distribution, New Business, Customer Services,... I am strongly good at business understanding and data analysis.• I had experience in program analysis in: Online transaction programs, Batch programs (Cobol, SQL), Report design, Sub le, Window Screen, and Business Object,...• I can handle some administration-related tasks like storage management, journal management, incident troubleshooting,...• I also had experience in doing UT/IT planning and testing. My testing perspective is business-oriented, so my test priority is:- Using black-box tests to con rm the input and output of the program that guarantees 100% branch coverage- Using white-box tests to con rm the input and output of intermediate variables, which store value or are calculated inside the programs and can not be con rmed by the output of the program, to handle 100% statement coverage- Include performance measurement as much as possible, especially for batch processes.• In the project, I was responsible as a leader of a team of ve, in which:- Manage team following Scrum process- Remove members' impediments by orienting the way oftheir investigation, suggesting multiple solutions, providing documents, or directly doing tasks in front of their observation.- Provide working performance feedback and evaluation.
