Chief Human Resources Officer
CurrentReporting to the CEO, I supervise the Human Resources Department staff responsible for all functional areas of Human Resources, including benefits, recruiting, and our volunteer program. Initiate, implement, and maintain personnel policies and procedures. Administer Training and Development Program and chair HR Board of Directors committee. Develop H.R. annual budget. Work with Finance Department to track hiring, terminations and salary changes. Solicit vendor quotes and administer/maintain all employee benefit programs. Maintain contact with attorneys relative to employment and benefit legal issues. Ensure compliance with and track state and federal employment regulations.
