PT. Sumber Tenaga Kerja Remaja Abadi is a human resource company that helps Indonesian to work overseas as caretaker, domestic helper, and labor in manufacture. In this company, I am responsible to ensure the operation in East Java area is working well from its recruitment, to the training process. In addition, I am given the opportunity to become national overseas relation manager to lead the flow of communication with agencies in 2 countries; Taiwan and Singapore. The biggest achievement I did in this company is leading PT. Sumber Tenaga Kerja Remaja Abadi (PT.STKRA) to be able to market the workers in Singapore in 2018, and able to market labor in manufacturing industry in Taiwan in 2019. Both of that new market penetration account for 40% of annual income of PT.STKRA.

Responsible in assisting several enterprises to build digital presence through website. Within 10 months of working as developer, the clients I worked for were coming from several fields: Construction Companies, Education Consultant, Fashion Company, and Human Resource Company.

Responsible in practicing lean office in all sub-departments in Nestle Indonesia Human Resource departments. The best achievement contribution I did within 5 months of my journey with Nestle Indonesia is to be able to bring HR department to pass the lean office certification held by the Nestle Headquarter.
