About Andrew Bilton

As a Regional Operations Manager at Prospero Teaching, I am fully responsible for overseeing all aspects of the South Coast Region. This includes managing 20 staff across two branches in Southampton and Plymouth, as well as driving business development throughout the region.In my role, I am accountable for the day-to-day management of 2 divisions of Education and Health & Social Care, training, and motivation of Team Managers, Consultants, and support staff in our Primary, Secondary, Children's Services, and SEN teams. Additionally, I ensure that our compliance/vetting, resourcing, and training and development functions are operating efficiently. By setting and achieving all KPIs, I ensure the smooth operation of the business.I regularly conduct school and academy visits to establish new business and expand our existing accounts. I also recruit and manage the performance of all staff members, including conducting 1:1s, termly appraisals, and disciplinary actions. Furthermore, I am responsible for managing recruitment advertising budgets for the region.As part of my personal performance, I successfully opened new branches in Chelmsford, Leeds, Sheffield, & Plymouth and built successful consultancy services in each location. In each of these locations, I developed fantastic teams and established a strong reputation with local schools and supporting local authorities.At Prospero Teaching, I work closely with all divisions to ensure that we provide excellent services to local authorities, including CLA Tuition, SEND Support, Exclusions, Social Services, and Respite Support. I am proud to have played a key role in setting up and developing these services on a national scale, contributing to the success of Prospero Teaching.
