Introducing our Childrens Education Service to the South Coast with us already working with several local authorities in Hampshire, BCP, Brighton, Dorset, Cornwall, Torbay & Plymouth.• Oversee and manage the operations of the entire region, including multiple locations, divisions and departments • Develop and execute strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement the group's vision and goals• Streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across departments• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets• Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, both organically and through strategic partnerships• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organisationBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners• Spearheaded the successful establishment of new locations /offices in Chelmsford and Leeds including helping to develop our Childrens Education Service, contributing significantly to the company's regional presence and revenue growth.
