- Control MR-PR-PO ( Material Request- Purchase Request - Purchase Order.- Coordination with Vendor for PO to Distribution all depot Needed.- Control Maintenance Buliding ( Electrical, Layout Depot and Sign Area)- Fulfill Sparepart for Loader ( Sanny ) and compare Vendor of slow moving and fastmoving Sparepart.- Fulfill Sparepart of Isotank, Supporting Production, Inventory, Household, WWTPand Tools.- Meeting Vendor to control of TOP ( Term of Payment ) distribution and Searchingnew Part Item and Tools.

- Inventory Taking Tools and Part- Searching New Vendor (tools and parts).- Analyst Purchase Order / Purchase Request .- Analyst Inventory Taking Data In line with System.- Adjust data stock system and on hand.

- Analyzing maintenance Cost of Unit LV on (Site/Mining).- Prepare all workshop needs for mining area Both manpower and tools, according tomine regulations coordination with relevant.- Coordination with Superintendent for all needs and repair of LV vehicles in the site /mining area.- Check Stock on hand and System part and tools .- Coordination with external workshop ( vendor ) SLA for maintenance unit.- Delegation vendor for maintenance and follow up all document needed to otherdepartment ( Finance and Procurement ) to fast approval.- Made Standard level agreement for internal workshop.- Prepare data mining regulation ( HSE , ISO , KIMPER, POP)

- Purchase Request / Purchase Order to vendor internal or external.- Manage Petty Cash.- Prepare all workshop need ( part ,tools , HSE).- Prepare Doc for AP ( account payable).- Prepare employee document ( BPJS TK / BPJS Kesehatan / Overtime).- Prepare employee needed (uniform , helmet , wear pack).- Filling data work order, ticket , petty cash, payment and others.
