As a Business Manager @ AXA your are responsible for the long term profitable development of your assigned area.Development:- The HUNT for new points of sale: guaranteeing the succession in an aging network. constant search for new opportunities recruiting, training and advising new brokers- FARMING the already existing PoS: by overseeing the good relationship between AXA and the Brokers. optimizing the production process of your PoS - COACHING and CONSULTANCY: Stay up to speed on new market trends and (r)evolutions and informing your network Helping your points of sale make transitions when needed Securing the future of your network by improving the professionalism of your PoS- RISK ASSESSMENT: Helping your Brokers in keeping a profitable portfolio Inspecting Risks in order to give a first risk impression to the underwriters.
