The role of my as Lead Commissioning is to support in delivering the preparation and execution of commissioning activities in order to deliver facilities to Operations in accordance with theproject technical standards and schedule. The Commissioning Lead is to provide commissioning support during pre-commissioning, start-up activities up to project completion.Including Spare Parts Inventory: Report the spare parts requirement for the project. Establish contacts with suppliers to develop vendors for the required spare parts. Identify and report the Spare Parts used in the project. Identify and report the monthly Service & Maintenance Cost. Prepare Purchase Request. Coordinate with the Purchase department for the purchase of Spares/Commissioning & Maintenance equipment.

Completed project are Rig NDC-3, 4 &5 in Hamriyah faculty, U.A.E and EDC 1 & 2 ( in Russia, Astrakhan). Completed NDC-6, in Hamriyah faculty again. Played a major role in Commissioning/ troubleshooting/ Vendor management of all equipment.

Worked with all major marine safety system:- Installation/Testing/Commissioning. such as :- Fire & Gas Detection, Fire suppression system (CO2, Galley wet chemical, water sprinkler,FM-200, Novac), Blue blast water treatment system, Helideck system, Emergency shut down system, Engine alarm monitoring system, Public address, Talk back system, LAN & Entertainment system.

• Installation, Repairing, Servicing & Commissioning of marine System.• Responsible for yard maintenance activity.

Bhavnagar Area, India

1. Responsible for complete electrical wiring of system, commissioning and related activities for Cargo Vessel / Geo tech. Vessel / Bunk Carrier Vessel…etc. 2. Involved in basic System such as Engine, Generator, Cargo Pumps Senor, Bow thrusters, Garpun system, Versatile console system, LAN system(Intercom system, Public address system, Battery less system), Broad Cast and SRE system, Fire fighting system etc. 3. Involved in Navigation Equipments (Radar, Magnetic compass, Speed Log, Echo sounder, G.P.S (Global Positioning System), Navtex, A.I.S (Automatic identification system), VHF/MHF, DSAS, Annemometer, SAT-C, EPIRB, CVS (Clear view screen), Navigation lights, SART, Window wiper Controller etc.).Sensor (Temperature sensor, heat sensor, Presser sensor, Tank gauging sensor etc.)
