Home page: https://sites.google.com/site/sarkarbimProf. Bimal Kumar Sarkar post-graduated in physics at Jadavpur University, India and Graduated in Electrical Engineering at Institute of Engineers (India). He did his Ph.D. from Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, India. He pursued postdoctoral fellowship at the Department of Chemistry, National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan and UCLA, USA. Afterward he has visited in research positions at NSYSU, Taiwan, UCLA, USA, Max Planck Institute, Germany, Czech Technical University, Slovak Technical University. He is Professor of Physics with activity in research and teaching. Professor Sarkar has been invited as Visiting Professor at Slovak Academy of Science. He is awardee of SAIA European Fellowship from 2015 to 2019. He is awardee of PAEU Fellowship, NSC, Taiwan. Professor Sarkar has been invited as visiting scientist at University of California, USA in 2008 and National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan in 2010. He is involved in the field of Materials and Bio-Physics.
