Provide program/project leadership and technical expertise to TFI's healthcare clients, including CMS, ACL, NIH.

Served as IT manager and principal developer to transition, maintain, and develop the National Performance Measurement (NPR) Website for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Served as principal architect and developer of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Extranet Web application (including Provider Enrollment module) on AIR’s Technical Support for Opioid Treatment Accreditation and Certification project for SAMHSA. The OTP Extranet provides access to OTP users to create online exceptions and to OTP physicians to submit exception requests with their electronic signature in it. State methadone authority (SMA) users and SAMHSA public health advisors submit their decision online after receiving the request from OTP physicians, which significantly reduces the response time. Developed the application as highly secure, structured, scalable, and role-based in order to maintain OTPs and their personnel, certifications, accreditations, exemptions, regulatory actions, medication units, relocations, and mortality reports.Developed the Public Health Information System Catalog, an online catalog of software applications used by state and local public health agencies. Developed the Sharing Innovations in Quality an electronic library for resources for long-term care for CMS. Developed Website for Department of Defense through the TRICARE Management Activity to generate charts dynamically from the Dental Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey.

 Student Information System: Managed and developed the Student Information System for New Hampshire and South Dakota. This 3 tier Web based application captures all student, teacher, school, and program information for each state and generates reports for state and local users. Was involved in planning, design, coding, implementation, and project management. Educational Accountability Portal: Managed and developed Internet based Perkins applications for Mississippi, New Hampshire, and South Dakota. Was involved in all phases of the project life cycle. The state receives Federal funds under Perkins Act for career and technical education; allocates the funds to various schools, consortium, districts, and sites; and generates various reports for Federal government.

 Credit Card Billing System: Developed an Intranet based application to replace the existing mainframe CLIST application to verify and transfer credit card files. In the new system, the user reviews the control reports and, as appropriate, may individually release each billing file, which is then transmitted to the responsible credit card company. Amtrak Marketing Database: The database was developed for the batch collection of customer data from various sources, cleansed through third party marketing software for address cleansing, and transmitted to another company for marketing purposes. Created client/server applications to e mail various messages and reports to the users. Worked with the quality assurance/project management group and technical team members to develop test cases. Station Accounting Sales Reporting System: Served as a key member of team that developed an interactive system to collect station and agent sales activity information. The system provides interactive browsing and modification by company auditors. Daily summary reports are automatically generated and viewable on company Intranet.Tivoli (TIVIS) Customer Complaint System Interface: Designed, developed, analyzed, and maintained the TIVIS Customer Complaint System Interface between the business/financial/marketing systems (mainframe) and Tivoli complaint system (client/server). Worked as a member of the Production Support Team to support various applications, create user groups, solve Web security issues, and train users.
