With over 17 years of rich experience in the construction industry, I am a dedicated and results-oriented professional. Notably, I have been instrumental in the execution of a prestigious project, the P L G C Project Kasganj, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, with a project cost of Rs. 1200 Crore. This project involved cement concrete lining using a Paver Machine, RCC Regulator, Aqueduct, and RCC Protection Wall. It was funded by the World Bank and supervised by SMEC India Ltd. and EGIS India Pvt. Ltd., with the Irrigation & Water Resource Department of Uttar Pradesh as the client.Previously, I worked with Jaiprakash Associates Ltd., . One of my key accomplishments during this time was my involvement in the construction of the largest capacity cement plant in India, the Jaypee Himachal Cement Plant in Baga, Himachal Pradesh. With a project cost of Rs. 2,500 Crore, this undertaking included the construction of heavy structures such as the Raw Mill, Coal Mill, Cement Mill, and Packing Plant. Holtech Consulting Pvt. Ltd. served as the consultant for this project.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional skills in collaboration, coordination, and planning. Working closely with site managers, surveyors, engineers, I have effectively managed tasks such as client bill preparation, payment coordination, subcontractor management, and material planning. I am adept at preparing reports, including MIS reports, DPR, WPR, MPR, and dispute board meeting reports. Moreover, my proficiency in quantity estimation, and structural drawing interpretation, bar bending schedule preparation, and cross-section preparation has contributed to the successful execution of projects.In terms of education, I hold an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University (2017), a B.E. in Civil Engineering from JRN Vidyapeeth University (2013), and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic Dehradun (2007). Additionally, I have strong computer skills, including proficiency in SAP, ERP – Build Smart, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
