- Responsible for the engagement, development and leadership of a team of 14 employees based onshore and offshore to deliver an efficient and integral finance operation- Responsible for a £300m (p.a.) commissions cost budget and supporting financial assurance, control framework and reporting to all T-Mobile staff (Retail stores, Websales, Telesales, Customer Services) and Indirect partners - Providing a business partnering service to the Sales Operations, Marketing and HR teams to ensure commercial changes are profitable, operationally viable and drive the correct behaviour to achieve sales targets- Responsible for external and internal channel partner relationships, escalations and negotiations working closely with legal, Sales Operations, HR and IS to ensure effective resolution, enabling partners to concentrate on revenue generation

- Successful delivery of an end to end Transformation programme to outsource recalculations activity to an offshore operation, delivering improved operational efficiency- Operationally managed and developed an offshore team of 7 to deliver optimised KPI performance, through identification of opportunities and implementing a number of new processes and controls - Delivery of a new payments system (SAP ICM) working in conjunction with Commercial, Sales, IS/IT and Operations - Managed and delivered a new Retail incentive process (1800 staff)which involved the delivery of a new incentive system, new financial reporting and controls and new tools to enhance the integrity of payments from 80% to 98%
