Launched new food concept called "Dhani Cuisine" which means cuisines of nomad who mainly eat what they grow in this tough arid land. Like green gram, seeds of desert trees called Kumitya, Khejri, ker, sangdi and various forms of besan delacacies and many other similar grains.
Relaunched all the restaurants. Started spa cuisine at the hotel. Catered to 1700 pax's sit down banquet function for an organization called ORIFLAME

It was earlier known as Radisson Whitesands and in 2008 Hotel was rebranded as Zuriwhitesand, Goa.
Launched the alfresco dining by poolside called Blue Lagoon. It became hotspot of the food lovers. where food was simple fresh and presented with lots of character. I am sure if one visits this hotel now you will be dining from my menus. I am proud of my association with this great hotel. Also launched food plan for guests visiting Hotel casino. Relaunched.
I was pre opening chef of this hotel. So did everything from scratch for all the F&B outlets. Sadly now it has been sold to the competition.
This was the place where my transformation from a chef student to a robust mature chef happened. Seeds of a great culinary brain were sowed here.
