Senior Marketing Designer
Current- Lead Designer of all things mobile games marketing: from branding, corporate website, static and video ads.
- Primary responsibilities are developing app icons, logos, screenshots, and preview videos as well as cross-promo assets and UA creatives (interstitial ads and video ad units).
- From 2015-2017 hired and managed an in-house team of marketing artists (all of whom are still there today).
- Team management and art direction involved daily stand-ups, setting weeklyand monthly goals as well as long term individual and team goals. Mapping out new and clear processes for internal clients and using tools such.
- Management tasks also include evaluation, partnerships and art direction of several external vendors and agencies for bulk app icon and logo development, UA graphics, video and motion graphics, and web development.
- Managed corporate website. This involves planning and strategy for content, developing/gathering content, creating art assets and delivering to external developers to for coding. This also involved a large amount of QA.
