• Coordinating with:o Overseas suppliers for placement of import orders.o Freight forwarder for import and export shipments.o CHA or Clearing Agents for Customs Clearance Process.o 3rd Party Logistics or Distribution Centers all over India for proper warehouse administration with minimal inventory discrepancy.o Logistics Service Providers for day-to-day operations.o European Distribution Center/EDC suppliers and Customer service for day-to-day subcontinent order processing matters.o Distributors and customers to resolve any customer complaints and queries.• Reviewing forecast accuracy with the help of Demand Planning Module of ERP system.• Undertaking review of:o Liquidation of short UBD inventory, import back orders and following-up with overseas suppliers.o Performance of Customer Service Team and issue handling.• Oversee monthly stock count and reconciliation as well as raising flag for sudden downward trend in inventory.• Handling duty calculation, overseeing duty drawback and coordinating with Finance Team and Bank for GR Waiver. • Budgeting & reporting Logistics, preparing warehouse agreement and studying warehouse SOP. • Reviewing labeling & MRP as well as successfully facing external audit. • Monitor order processing for India and Subcontinent & ensure timely execution. • Generating sales report and calculated back order. • Preparing Monthly Purchase Register and Sales Register interface with Finance Department.• Working on ERP Software – “MFG Pro” for Materials Accounting, Receipt of Import Shipments, Sales Order Processing and Various Reports Generation.• Responsible for overseeing indirect tax especially Sales Tax; handling assessment for different states with the coordination of Local Sales Tax Consultants. Coordinating VAT Audit and other periodical External & Internal Audits. • Completing all statutory forms (C Forms /F Forms / N Forms) and assuring statutory compliance.
