We’ve risen and risen fast. We started out as a mobile application development firm. Within two years we’ve grown into an ideation driven start-up operating in several verticals. We invite new ideas, innovate and see through the entire process of idea development from the planning to the execution stage. We innovate in Web Development, Application development, Web Services & IT Support, and Designing. Besides the technical domain of our interests we have experienced team for Business Development, Marketing and Consulting for inducting innovation and widening consumer outreach. Being a core team member of the startup, my profile is not constrained to just a specific domain and has got a room for several horizons. Primarily I have to wear in and out several roles to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources keeping on track the ultimate goal. My role varies from managing human and material resources to the involvement in the overall business development of the company.

At UCIM, my role is to bridge the path between planning and execution. Key responsibilty areas include spearheading partnerships, sponsorships, speaker acquisition & delegate acquisition to the moderation of marketing, design and technical initiatives.

My role as consultant for Salman Khan's maiden commercial concert in India revolved around end to end planning and execution for marketing initiatives. Led brainstorming & ideation on digital footprint, Social media marketing campaigns, drafting campaign documents & event collaterals, driving associations and partnerships with brand partners to leverage maximum brand mileage.

Being fourth employee at 'Propio', I was responsible for leading vendor on-boarding, building customer acquisition strategies, engaging with logistics and fulfilment partners. Oversaw all the operations and played an instrumental role during ideation and go to market phase.

To create brand advocacy of We Chat within our own social network both offline and online. The role involved supporting the online community of WeChat and generating feedback and creating trials of the product. With an extensive research on pros and cons, formulated revival strategies from market competition.
