I have experience in all aspects of Information Technology Management for 27 years. Throughout my career have focused on SAP R/3 implementation project as System/Business Analyst, Authorization for HR, Configuration & Customizing specialist for HR. And I experience on Oracle implementation project as Design HRIS ( Human Resource Information System ) as Design Entity, Design Data Model, Logic Module, Design Form , Create Report, etc. On Clipper I have had experience for design Program in Integration system for Inventory, Workshop, Direct Marketing, Payroll System, Part Inventory, Front Office, Booking Services, Job monitor, Billing and Cashier.I have been in the SAP consulting industry for 15 years. I am currently a Certified SAP Human Resources Senior Consultant of Astragraphia Technology. My strengths are in the areas of Talent Management process with in depth recognition in Personnel Administration and Payroll as I’m certified in SAP Human Resources Consultant.I’m current engagements with Astragraphia Technology include SAP Implementation for major company in Indonesia such as Bank Central Asia, Bank Danamon, Bank International Indonesia, Bank Republik Indonesia, Astra Rent a Car, Holcim, Medco Methanol Bunyu, Medco Lpg Kaji , Pertamina, Ranch Market, PT TIMAH, PT CocaCola Bottling, PT BUMA and etc.During my professional experience as consultant, my responsibilities are varied from leading a team for gather business process, configure and implement the system, conduct training for user and IT maintenance people of his clients, propose system solution as well as business solution during maintenance support and furthermore maintain relationship with customers.
