Marketing Communications Manager
Current• Creating and implementing effective marketing communication strategies that promote the property mall, attract tenants and customers, and contribute to the overall success of the property mall.• Event planning and execution: responsible for planning and executing events to attract customers to the property mall, including product launches, seasonal events, and other promotional activities.• Social media management: managing the property mall's social media presence, including creating content, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media metrics.• Budget management: managing the marketing communication budget and ensuring that all marketing activities are within budget• Brand management: managing the brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing and promotional materials.• Public relations: managing the property mall's public image by developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets and influencers, and creating press releases and other communications to promote the property mall.• Marcom strategies to involve developing advertising campaigns, creating digital and print marketing materials, and coordinating with advertising agencies and vendorsKey Achievement: • Record positive income during 2022 so that 3 mall areas namely Kediri Mall, Plaza Madiun and Pacific Mall Tegal are able to survive and still provide a surplus of income• Even though they had experienced a decrease in traffic due to the pandemic, at the end of 2020 the three malls were still providing increasing traffic data until February 2023, and several events had even recorded a number of visits 10% above the amount of traffic before the pandemic hit• Achievement of tenant occupancy rates above 90% with several anchor tenants that have survived after the pandemic
