-Established Revit (BIM) Standards throughout office. Began establishing an architectural rollout of Revit. Managed the BIM aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing consultants to accomplish client's project goals.-Social Security Administration - 23rd Floor Renovation: Modeled project in Revit, creating the as-built architectural model for use by consultants. Ran clash detection coordinating mechanical, electrical, and fire protection with architectural components. Verified coordinated model was within GSA BIM Standards.-Gene Snyder Courthouse Renovation: Modeled three different design options in Revit for client. Began modeling of preferred design option and prepared the BIM for coordination between disciplines.

-Established Revit (BIM) Standards throughout office. Worked with other designers to further 3D rendering skills and modeling of the firm. Updated key projects from CAD drawings to Revit models in order to meet certain client criteria.-FAMU Pharmacy Building: Modeled project in Revit from conceptual design through schematic design. Worked with other designers to establish design that worked within client's program.-Big Bend Hospice: Worked with other designers to build Revit model of entire building with design options.

Designer/3D IllustraterAssisted in the designing of numerous project types including commercial, multi-family residential, religious, hospitality, lifecare, and community projects. Prepared schematic, design development, and contract documents for various project types. Applied artistic expertise in 3D renderings, models, and presentation materials.Hendricks Avenue Baptist Church: Assisted with programming, schematic design, and client presentations. Provided presentation materials in the form of 3D renderings, 3D panoramas, and finish material boards. Designed covered walkways that unifed the campus. Managed project from design development through construction administration. Coordinated design with client's consultants.KLS Martin Group Office/Warehouse Renovations: Designed numerous variations of the building envelope, leading to the awarding of the project to Rink Design. Provided 3D renderings and various presentation graphics. Lead design team through the first fully integrated BIM project in the office, reducing coordination time and maximizing profits.Sawgrass Marriott Lobby/Pub Renovations: Assisted with schematic design and client presentations. Managed project from schematic design through construction administration. Coordinated design with owner's consultants. Held weekly construction meetings with contractor and construction manager. Assisted in presentations to the City of St. Augustine Building Department and Fire Marshall.

Responsible for timely production of contract documents. Worked closely with project architect and clientèle to convey design ideas. Produced 3D renderings and animations of various proposed projects.
