Test Engineering Manager
Current• Align the mission and quarterly goals set by the headquarter (USA) VP and Director• Supervise reliability testing of touch pad and finger print module products qualification and review test reports• Provide local leadership to meet business objectives; recruit, hire, and retain talented engineers; appraise and develop employees for human resources management• Provide Test engineering support to business units. NPI, design and fabricate test programs and fixtures• Provide budget accordance with business forecast• Manage and provide technical directions to the local team of Test Engineers• Meeting all project milestones and quality targets• Resolving problems • Work with USA and HK Management to schedule training and develop the necessary skill sets and product knowledge of the local team. • Conduct weekly team meeting and 1 on 1 meeting with team members.• Track project output commitments for the team and deliver on all commitments• Provide consolidated project updates in weekly status report.• Coordinate project assignments and resource loading of local team• Supervise “quick-turn” sample scaling/tuning, FW build, and FWQA to ensure quality• Supervise the test setup, failure analysis, and yield improvement at our CM partners
