This is Bin Lan, I'm deepdive in Pharma Industry for 11 years. Major functions I conducted in previous companies are Supply Chain and Purchasing. During past 11 years, I had the experience in MNC, CxO Company and Biotech covering abundant pipelines. Facing the changing world, what I can empower myself will be longlife study with expanding vision. When I first faced compliant for delayed supply in 2012, I discovered a magic world for Supply Chain and Purchasing, which pushed me to attain systemmetic knowledge about that function. Then I studyed strategic category management by attending company internal training and obtaining state-of-the-art knowledge through different channels. Oberserving from a top level, I didn’t constraint myself in the field of SC and Purc., I also tried to pursue latest Project Management Practice with passing PMP Exam.In terms of role change, a leader is asked to have higher vision. Meanwhile, team management and leadership are also covered in my capability map. It’s appreciated to my former line managers to support me to grow up quickly. Meanwhile, I was also endeavor to facilitate and influence my team with confirmed strategy from company level.Patient demand enlights me that there is no endless pursuit in my job, and I believe better working performance should be established on work-life balance. I'm accustomed to be immerse in my job though I allocate enough time to my different hobbies such as sports and reading.
