Audited and supported piping shop fabrications and module assembly and supported site construction in the field.

Project engineer sent by Fluor International to coordinate EP work performed by a local Chinese design/engineering company and installation by local Chinese construction companies for Chevron polystyrene plant at Zhangjiagang, China. Qualified Chinese manufacturers and suppliers and performed liaison with local government for the project.
