As a Finance and Chinese major, I strive to become an accomplished and respected global businessman as well as a dependable friend and colleague to all my future co-workers and friends.Through entrepreneurial ventures and portfolio management with my friends during my high school years, I developed an analytical mindset in the field of finance. This led me to Kelley School of Business, where I challenged myself through difficult honors courses as well as stimulating extracurriculars such as case competitions and Department of Defense sponsored language programs on top of continuing to manage my family's portfolio. After managing and succeeding in my current endeavors, I constantly look for new opportunities to expand my business knowledge. This allowed me to develop a strong work ethic that persists through all of my organizational involvements.From immersing myself in the business world and taking risks in my entrepreneurial ventures, I was fascinated by the environment and the information that could be deduced through the most minute of news. I was able to focus my enthusiasm and energy at Indiana University, and I intend to use my past, current, and future experiences to fuel my obsessive learning.
