 Make documentation for production like Job routine, drawing and BOM, and also provide material information to purchase in advance;  Make preparation for new projects introduction, design the layout, and purchase tools, measuring tools and chemical in advance.  Prepare "Work instruction" for production, and provide technical support during assembly, also communicate with Engineering department of Europe.  Responsible for promoting projects of production, improving the workshop efficiency, and also trying to decrease the labor hour(cost);  Get the standard working hour of production, and create the "Standard labour hour system". Provide technical support for potential projects, and give the quotation to Finance.  Provide technical support to the Service department, and make the repair decision and final report, and go to customer site for repair job. Transfer knowhow from Headquarter to China plant, and prepare documents for production in China.
