The project consists of roadway improvements for an approximately 4-kilometer corridor of the existing thoroughfare along Al Rayyan Road between Al Wajbah Street and Al Diwan Street. It consists of 2 underpasses, 3 power cable tunnels, 6 substations, 13 micro-tunnel shafts, etc.

The structure of this tower is Core with Shell .The post tensioning slabs are applied for all the floor slabs. The Outrigger wall are located at level 20, level 34, level 49 to increase the stiffener of the Tower. Mechanical floor arte also located at level 20, level 34, level 49. PERI-ACS system are used for the form work of the core wall.

The project includes the construction of new seven lane dual carriageway Replacement Bridge over the Dubai Creek. The new Bridge consists of twin decks to support the North Bound Deira and South Bound Bur Dubai carriageways. The span configuration of the new bridge is 60+80x5+60 meters resulting in an overall length of 520 meters. Each deck consists of post-tensioned varying depth concrete box girder with an overall width of 35.4 meters to support seven traffic lanes and a 3.0 m wide pedestrian walkway at outer edge.
