- Recruit launch team members – including ME, PE, QE, FTPR, QE as well as MFG team.- Manages the transfer of A&T technology and know-how from our European businesses.- Optimizes the investment (AR spending) to the sales volume.- Define resources and deliver training plan, arrange necessary visits to Europe.- Ensure manufacturing and quality systems are covered by the project plan.- Leads launch board reviews and gap closure activities.- Supervise manufacturing performance – Headcount, OE, FTQ, Output, etc

- Head of / Leading the quality department (including Quality Engineers and Line Inspectors)- Implement standard TS 16949 in the plant and coordinate with other Delphi facilities. Deploy the Quality Improvement Plan and tools to achieve the quality objectives.- Dealing with and closing customer complaints, internal complaints and supplier complaints- Discussion/Negotiation with customer on all quality aspects (process, complaints, new project requirements)- Manage OTS, PPAP and other project gates as representing of Plant Quality- Regular supplier performance evaluation such as SPPM and other quality target- Monitor, improve and control work instruction, control plans, survey PFMEA/FMEA, APQP etc.- Escalate internal crisis/Red Alert or any issues that can affect the company P&L or Image

- Establish Customer Support Team for customer support activities according to OEM and Delphi plants requirement.- Guide Customer Support Team to provide on-site support service to customer, monitor status of Delphi products at customer site, and provide accurate and timely information on Quality issues.- Maintain regular meeting with source plant/production line for Quality issue or warranty issue discussion. Represent customer voice to push Delphi responsible issues get solved.- Guide Customer Support Team to set up flawless launch activities, including pre-activities & flawless launch report. - Lead Customer Support Team for warranty issue supporting activities.- Strengthen Customer Support Team products training & enthusiasm. Lead Customer Support Team to build up good relationship with customers.
