Led Jack St. Malo stage II process engineering design. Seawater treatment and injection module design. Jack St. Malo fields are in Gulf of Mexico with water depth of around 7000 ft (2100 meters). The Floating Production Facility has design capacity of 255,000 BPD of oil, 85 MMSCFD gas and 195,000 BPD of produced water. It started first oil production since 2014. Led Pre-FEED process design for the topsides of Buckskin Moccasin FPU, a Semi-Submersible Floating Production Offshore Facility for 260,000 BOPD and 104 MMSCFD gas. The design included oil separation and treating, 4-stage gas compression, gas sweetening, gas dehydration, 3-stage produced water treatment, de-sulfated seawater injection, product export facilities, and utilities. Responsibilities included supervision of all the process activities, supervision and coordination of direct reports and contractor engineers, attendance to project coordination meetings, supervising of progress and reports, coordination and interaction with other disciplines, weight and cost reduction, key alternative selection decision studies, define FEED scope of work, mentoring of young engineers, reviewing of CTR, budget control and delivering of PFDs, UFDs as well as other studies and reports.Participated Tahiti platform (Gulf of Mexico) and Frade FPSO(offshore Brazil) trouble shooting workshop.Composed Buckskin & Moccasin and Jack St. Malo project Lessons learned document.
