NETSCOUT’s solution is a very complicated system. My responsibility is working with account team, provide solution and support for key accounts. Include, seeking customers’ requirements and design solutions and sell to customers. My activities include: • Perform presales support to Financial customers. Seek and create customers’ new requirements and grow business.• Provide training for customers and partners. • Perform overall monitoring scheme including design, implement, configure and optimize according to customer network architecture• Perform horizontal business expansion for same customer with professional technical skill.• Attend seminars and give professional advice about how to trouble shoot and analysis the networks and application’s system with proper tools.

Joined in FNET in 2009 from ClearSightResponsibilities:• Provide pre-sale technical support to customers, including the establishment of demand, the design of programs, etc.• Promote FNET and the new products in road shows, seminars etc.• Provide regular technical training to sales and partners' engineers.• Provide post-sales technical support for customers to help them understand and use products in depth.• Develop customers, identify new business opportunities with sales.• Work with R&D team to integrate customer needs.

tTesting Engineer position, mainly responsible for the design and create test case for new functional of products, ensuring product stability and ensuring the functional work; I transferred to post-sales engineer, as the interface person in China for partner because of good communication skill and team work with various departments, my main responsibility was providing post-sales technical support, product training and customization requirements collection and tracking etc.
