Quality Manager - Apac Zone
CurrentSupplier Management: 1. Responsible for establishment and maintenance of supplier quality management system in the Asia Pacific region (China, Korea, Vietnam, India), and procedures setting up and implementation;2. Responsible for quality management of all raw material suppliers (over 100 suppliers in APAC), covering supplier selection, development and performance evaluation through on-site quality audit, material test, verification and monitoring for improvement 3. Responsible for establishment and maintenance of quality standards and analysis methods of all the raw materials in the Asia Pacific region for compliance with laws and regulations.4. Responsible for monitoring the whole process of selecting, developing and evaluating all raw material suppliers ;Sensory Management:1. Setting up and optimizing the APAC sensory taste system to make sure its implementation in subsidiary plants for the control of all raw material, process samples and finished samples and breweries2. Organizing and analysing all breweries’ taste and track and close the gap in APAC region3. Delivering training for sensory taste skill, provide technical support and on-site audit to ensure policy and procedure are well followed upAchievement:1. Developed sensory system program in zone and all breweries successfully and as best practice in global, and roll out t other zones are ongoing.2. Supplier management: complaints over the overall supplier material quality has reduced by 25% vs. 2016 3. Promote suppliers above average to the first tier suppliers with Non-incoming inspection in APAC4. Deliver training to enhance the expertise of all breweries’ supplier management specialists and sensory specialists to set up a professional team. The training evaluation score is 4.95 (total is 5.0, and APAC University average is 4.76), more than 50 tasters pass the “Chinese taste Judge”
