I have over 20 years of progressive experience in leadership, strategy execution, logistics and supply chain, budget planning, business planning, networking, corporate and government engagement, stakeholder and regulatory body engagement, yield and revenue analysis, market and economic evaluation, roadmap development, territory channeling, building loyalty incentive schemes, and transforming existing portfolios that improve and expand yield and revenue.I am also acting as the Chief of Retail at Emirates Post, where I provide critical oversight in the development and execution of the new retail format change strategy, drive the five streams of business to produce healthy profits and revenue, and ensure KPIs are being implemented across the business.
