Articulated the building façade and co-created construction documents and filing sets. Generated 3D iterations of multiple building shell components and detailed out construction details of exterior facade. Ensured compliance with 1968 building code, reviewed shop drawings and processed RFIs during construction.Zoning StudiesConducted thorough zoning and feasibility analysis of various sites in NYC and LA to evaluate best case use and massing scenarios. A resiliency toolkit was developed that could be applied at various urban scales to address issues of flooding, droughts and sea-level rise in Chennai. The project has been presented at the International Conference for Climate Change ICCA 2019 Heidelberg as well as to the municipal corporation of Chennai and other government agencies, stakeholders and educational institutions in India.I worked with the local community in collaboration with Eyes of the Canal to conduct various participatory planning workshops and outreach initiatives to investigate and propose solutions to tackle climate change while upgrading a 3.5 Km stretch of the Buckingham Canal into a liveable place for the residents. Developed key innovative digital and physical outreach tools & methodologies to work with the community and map their needs and aspirations.
