Throughout my career of 25 years I had the privilege of working across various industries, from NBFC to PSU Registrar, Custodian, Biggest Depository Participant, Engineering Conglomerate and now with Environment Specialist & Engineering Company. This varied industry experience has been instrumental in shaping me true Professional in each successive role. As a company secretary and Now Director, understanding regulations across different sectors has been a key advantage with edge on my experience with Global Companies like – Siemens was varied and profiles of Secretarial, Project Finance, Shared Services & Shareholders Interactions as CIO and LAPP I Pvt. Ltd.- German Company with systematic style of business. I believe that in role of Director that I play now has great role as Professional with vision & Strategy within Statutory boundaries and knowing everything to anything of business aspects. To grow professionally I have utilised Pandemic period to upgrade & sharpen skills with Certification & study as Certified Independent Director, NCLT guidelines, MSME roles. Volunteering time & resources to help charity through NGOs & as member of Rotary & Inner Wheel has helped to support Society and doing Community Services not only for experience but satisfaction to the core for Literacy, Medical Support, Rural Development & Social intimacy with Employees for greater satisfaction as responsible Citizen. In my immediate next role after Siemens was to give Environmental / Pollution Control Boards mandate in real life with Services & End to end solutions with top world manufacturers of Process & Analytical Instruments for all Industries, overseeing all affairs for international & global challenges for supporting companies in Indian region.
