- Processing full semi-monthly payroll cycle through ADP WFN/Pay@Work for approximately 150 employees- Maintaining employee files and keeping the employee payroll interface updated- Performing Payroll pre and post processing audits to ensure accuracy and compliance- Preparing and remitting monthly General Sales Tax-Harmonized Sales Tax (GST-HST), Non Resident Tax (NRT), Work Safe BC Quarterly Premium payments and filing annual T4A and NR4 slips- Recording semi monthly payroll, benefit and vacation accrual journal entries - Reconciled monthly bank accounts and assigned balance sheet accounts
