• Following up on overdue Debtor balances and investigating payment discrepancies for entities within the Group.• Clearing of bank receipting in Xero & reconciliation of remittance advice.• Preparation of an AR review file for the Finance Manager & CFO.• Review of orders that are completed in our supply chain system, Unleashed. These orders flow into our finance system in Xero with a revenue and cost of goods sold movement journal in draft status. This role will facilitate the review and posting of these journals in our system Xero.• Map these journal entries to the appropriate customer allocation codes and general ledger accounts for accurate analysis of revenue performance.• Ability to handle high volume fluctuation in workload in order to meet month end timelines.• Ability to work in a team environment and achieve teams daily, weekly KPIs in order to assist Senior Finance to monitor revenue performance.• Liaising with supply chain teams in Australia and the US in order to clarify any potential issues with daily transaction data.• Mapping of credit notes to the correct sales and cost of goods sold general ledger accounts.
