1. Conducting competency based interviews for recruitment, selection, and placement2. Analyzing, design, and improving recruitment processes for contract based employee3. Implement eAssessment, evaluation and also provide feedback to employees4. Responsible in employee mapping processes5. Formulate, conceptualize, and update the psychometric measuring instruments6. Employee or psychological counseling to solve problems at work and/or general social environment7. Establish relationships with the labor and traning providers8. Assisting and monitoring performance of project based PKWT (Sumatra and Java Area).
