Downer Group is an integrated services company providing facility management services in Royal Adelaide Hospital. It is responsible for providing IT, Helpdesk, facility maintenance, Security, Logistics, Kitchen, Linen, Cleaning and Waste services to the hospital. Fleet of 25 Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) are used to transport Kitchen, Linen, Store, Pharmacy and Waste around the hospital.• Improved the scheduling process of AGV based on the data analysis.• Developed the Power BI dashboard to monitor the daily performance of the AGV system.• Developed the python code to automate the process of creating compliance report.• Discovered data engineering glitch when exporting data from the server and got it fixed by communicating with the data engineering team.
