Company– Reliance JIO/Fine Tech CorporationSUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER Feb 2018 – PresentLocation– KatrasDuties & Responsibilities: Total Depot operations & Monitoring supply chain management for Depot / Distributor. Just-in-time sourcing of working technique to team members, troubleshooting and In-bound logistics management. Implementing Company principles, policies & SOP's. Planning of Weekly review meeting with heads (Planners / Sales Team) on effective inventory replenishment. Storage & Handling / Release & control of Finished Goods, Category storage, facilitating FIFO Compliance, Ensure stacks as per norms, Loading / Unloading inspection, follow-up slow moving SKU with team. Tracking in transit & dispatch planning on daily basis. Planning & effective Inventory Replenishment. Preparing various reporting like B2B Sales, Defective Issue/Return, KM Tracking Sheet for Vehicles/Bikers, Expenses, Staff Attendance, External/Internal Audit, GRN, MRN and Reverse Pickup on Daily, Monthly and Yearly basis. Responsible for Inward / out word operation, Inventory management, MIS & Reporting, Customer co-ordination Physically counting of material weekly and monthly Basis and Material Reconciliation on monthly basis. Adhere to safety and cleanliness norms of the company. Managing Stock loading/unloading/Sealing Vehicle. Managing proper filing of documents. Managing a diverse labor, transportation, security & other JIO Center teams. Managing a large and distributed workforce. Effectively managing vehicle and fleet resources to ensure deliveries reach customers on time. Guiding staff to maintain inventory. Serial number scanning. Managing staff to create a friendly environment with JIO Center teams, DC team, Customer & upper management with strictly following SOP. Soft Skill:- SAP, Fiori, Excel
