Implementation of Rules related to Air pollution control,Water pollution control,Noise pollution control,Biomedical an Hazardous waste (Management & Handling )Rules 1989,Fly Ash dispoal as per Notification of Govt. of India.I have prepared Action plan for the control of Air pollution in Dhanbad-jharia Districts of India.Preparation of EIA and EMP of power plants,Mines etc. for getting Environmental clearance.Examination of EIA submitted by the Industrial units seeking Environmental clearance.Conduction of Plublic hearing as per new EIA Notification of 14th September 2006. Identification ,Submission & Compliance of all legal requirements pertaining to power plant ,Mines,Steel plants etc.Obtaining NOC,Site clearance of the proposed project i.e. consent to establish.Obtaining Environmental clearance if it falls under EIA notification 2006(new),coordinate with consultant for obtaining base line data of Air quality, water,noise,hydrology,socioeconomy,flora & fauna & preparation and implementation of R & R package. Subsequent to that obtaining consent for operation i.e.,discharge consent & emission consent.Compliance of consent condition of state pollution control Board as well as guidelines issued by MOEF/CPCB & also written in charter for corporate responsibility(CREP) & any other condition imposed by statutory bodies.

Recently got cleared Environmental clearance from MOEF ,New Delhi for two projects-a. Corporate power ltd. Phase-II-2x 270 MW at Chandwa, Latehar, Jharkhandb. Jas infra capital power ltd.- 4 x 660 MW project at Banka,Bihar.c. All the works related to compliances of MOEF & State pollution control Boad.d. Supervision of installation of Electro static precipitator in Corporate power plant phase –Ie. Installation of instruments for continuous on-line sampling and analysis of flue gases,closed circuit television for monitoring stack emission and a continuous Ambient Air Monitoring Station.
