Leading and coordinating the development/implementation of organisational wide planning, monitoring and evaluation system of Finland's largest development cooperation and humanitarian agency operating in fragile contexts in Asia, Africa, Middle East and Ukraine.

— Responsible for planning, monitoring, evaluation, documentation, learning and reporting within Nepal Country Office and its projects in line with FCA’s policies and guidelines. — Lead the rolling out and effective implementation of FCA’s MEAL guidelines, practices and tools, and Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS) requirements in NEPCO.— Build the capacity of relevant FCA team members and partner organisations in M&E tools and mechanisms.— Lead the Country Program level data management – Produce Country Program annual M&E plan and reporting— Contribute to implementation of Knowledge Management practices in FCA as a KM task force member and institutionalise, maintain and promote Knowledge Management at Nepal Country Office and partner organisations — Support roll out of SAMPO Program Management system in FCA as a member of SAMPO project management team

Primary purpose of the position: Responsible for developing and supporting planning, monitoring, documentation, learning, reporting and knowledge management both within FCA Nepal Country Programme and its projects, as well as towards FCA Head Office's processes. -Develop M&E systems especially for new projects, assuring consistency with the FCA PME guidelines and tools, and in accordance with specific donor requirements.-Develop annual country programme M&E plan and project level PME frameworks and regularly update the country program data aggregation system.-Act as the Focal Point for FCA Nepal's Complaints Response Mechanism and CRM committee member undertaking key responsibility to roll out complaints Response Mechanism in all projects in the Nepal.-Ensure that monitoring incorporates and considers aspects at output, outcome, process and country context levels and that appropriate data collection and reporting tools are developed and used.-Organize and facilitate trainings on MEAL for capacity development of FCA partners'staff.-Assist in establishing knowledge management within the Nepal country office.
