• Stencil the pipes based on the information obtained from several working stations (laboratory, ultrasound and hydrotesting)• Calibration of equipment’s for all the departments at Bri-steel including repair and maintenance as necessary• Review of the product test data, approval of products for release to customers, documentation of the product data( Issue Mill test report MTR) to provide the customers with the accompanying product.• Training of staffs and regularly reviewing preexisting training. Regular auditing of staffs on procedure that they are to be trained• Guiding the disposition of nonconforming product including significant anomalies and rare circumstances which may require more investigation.• Maintaining the production records database and providing clarification to other staffs as necessary.• Internal auditor, participate in the client audit, regulatory audit, (API , ISO ASME CSA) and management review.• Assisting with implementing updates to code and standard , where the updates result in changes to the Bri-Steel procedure.Contributing to a safe environmentally healthy and profitable workplace( QA representative on HSE committee

• -Make sample for tensile testing hardness testing and for metallurgical studies from the raw sample of pipe.• -Perform tensile testing chemical testing hardness testing and for metallurgical analysis based on code and standard (API, ASTM,CSA, NACE, ISO, ASME)• Daily calibration and regression and maintenance of equipment’s in laboratory• Make set up for the semiautomatic ultrasonic system and perform the inspection of pipes based on the code and standard• Perform daily calibration of UT thickness meter and semiautomatic ultrasonic system by using calibration blocks and calibration panels.• Make nonconformity report of the pipe which do not meet the required specification and completing the disposition of the nonconforming product• Give the feedback to the expanders and Quality manager based on the data obtained from the ultrasound and laboratory testing
