Leading the Post Office CSC Project in Assam and helping establish the India Post Payments Bank in Assam further reinforced my belief in impactful service.One of my proudest achievements? Creating a real-time dashboard for mail flow, enhancing operational efficiency and responsiveness. Now, I oversee essential services like Aadhaar and Passport Kendras, ensuring thousands benefit from seamless service. And yes, my laziness played a key role in all these projects!My passion extends to digital marketing, content creation, and creative design , promoting India Post’s legacy across social media and finding the easiest, often automated, ways to get the job done. When I’m not being lazy at the office, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and exploring new technologies and ideas to enhance my laziness further.
