My journey began with a deep commitment to innovation and service, where I had the fortune of contributing to transformative initiatives. Notably, the DARPAN Project—connecting rural post offices digitally, empowering communities, and bridging service gaps. Leading the Post Office CSC Project in Assam and helping establish the India Post Payments Bank in Assam further reinforced my belief in impactful service.One of my proudest achievements? Creating a real-time dashboard for mail flow, enhancing operational efficiency and responsiveness. Now, I oversee essential services like Aadhaar and Passport Kendras, ensuring thousands benefit from seamless service. And yes, my laziness played a key role in all these projects!My passion extends to digital marketing, content creation, and creative design , promoting India Post’s legacy across social media and finding the easiest, often automated, ways to get the job done. When I’m not being lazy at the office, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and exploring new technologies and ideas to enhance my laziness further.
