As a BBA graduate specializing in logistics and human resource management, I am passionate about improving organizational processes and fostering team success. Throughout my academic journey, I developed strong skills in communication, team management, and problem-solving, which have been further honed through practical experience.During my internship in the HR field, I supported key recruitment processes, handled intern onboarding, and conducted data analysis to optimize HR operations. I also had the opportunity to train new interns, providing guidance on HR tasks such as using MS Excel, data entry, and sourcing data through LinkedIn and other platforms. My ability to manage and organize complex employee data using advanced MS Excel techniques has allowed me to contribute to more efficient workflows.Beyond my professional interests, I am a regional-level football player, where I have cultivated leadership, discipline, and team spirit. I am also a vocalist and guitarist, having performed at various events, including a national-level cultural competition.
