 Documentation for IMS System. Conducting Internal Audit for IMS System.  Dealing with Labour Officer for Liaison and Regular Audits. Investigation of accident including near miss cases. Arranging Half yearly and yearly Health checkups of the employees.  Procurement and distribution of personal protective equipment and their uses.  Monitoring for work Permits. Conducting various awareness programmes (Like job safety training to employees and organizing essay, poster, banner and slogan completion).  Conducting Evacuation mock drill as per plan. Looking For Hazardous waste disposal. Conducting Morning meetings to the Officers.& Supervisors Conducting fortnightly and Monthly safety committee meetings. Conducting Monthly Contractors meetings. Preparation of Operation Procedures. Daily Site patrolling.  Monthly Environmental Monitoring Monitoring and maintaining for Fire fighting equipments. Preparation of Onsite emergency plan

 Preparing Project HSE Plan/TRA Implementation of company and client safety regulations. Conducting safety orientation to new employees, training, safety meeting including toolbox meeting and participating the client’s safety meetings. Prepare and submit of all types of Safety Reports. Monitoring the Work Permit and Liaison with the Clients Representatives. Conducting Safety Audits and Inspections and recommend corrective/preventive measures
