Professional technical support for Digital Imaging Equipments(Noritsu), Computer/Network devices, diverse Printers(HP, KODAK, EPSON), Scanners, Film Processor and Silver Recovery Unit on one-hour labs/Kiosks within a timely manner to the satisfaction of our customers in AB, BC and SK. Responsibilities include:• Analyze and evaluate system and equipment performance• Perform direct maintenance on demand to resolve existing, complex equipment problems• Contact customer within a specified time period after notification to determine priority and problem resolution• Perform preventive maintenance during service visit to ensure continued machine performance• Follow accepted maintenance procedures and develops systems knowledge to address individual customer needs• Install and remove systems and subsystems• Implement published modifications and retrofit as required maximizing equipment up time• Establish and maintain positive and effective customer relationships• Attain a high level of customer satisfaction and improvement of machine reliability• Respond to customer questions regarding equipment operation and technical trouble shooting in order to reduce downtime• Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working condition• Maintain frequently used technical inventory to satisfy customer needs and accounting concerns
