To take full QM functions responsibility covering QMS/PQM/QMP(quality management in new project)/SQM/CQM in APAC region;2. As overall APAC regional QM resp. to lead QM team, to develop, maintain & improve QM system, drive for continuous improvement to achieve internal & external objectives with optimized resource (incl. HC & budget mgmt.);3. To plan and manage team capacity, and develop team capability both in technical know-how and business sense perspectives, to support strategy direction & business development;4. Lead SQM function to manage and improve suppliers’ level of product & process development/sub- supplier management/quality management/production/etc. on system level based on VDA and relevant standards, detailed activities are covered but not limited to following scopes:✓ New supplier sourcing & potential audit✓ APQP follow up & PPAP approval✓ Supplier evaluation & escalation management✓ Supplier development based on systematic approach
