Current1．Category Management: Preferred vendor selection for the following 4 categories：Travel Agency, Hotel, Translation and office supplies including: Market information collection, internal request confirmation, category strategy establishment, supplier evaluation and qualification, negotiation and contracting in close collaboration with the key stakeholders.2. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and implement supplier relationship management program for related categories according to the supplier segmentation to continuously improve supplier performance.3. Stakeholder Management: Keep continuous communication with key stakeholder to understand their request, support and influence them.4. Execute Procurement policy, process, and innovation programs to better support them, to drive total cost down and deliver more saving.5. PO Release: to create PO for 2Bus to support business smoothly and on time.
