I am proud to have successfully overseen major projects, including handling the complex logistics of 20,000 room nights, 15,000 transfers, and more than 20,000 air tickets during the 2015 cricket World Cup for a prominent corporate client. Additionally, I have managed groundbreaking group movements, such as organizing the first-ever group trip of over 1,700 people to Amsterdam, the first group of 600 individuals from India to Jordan, and the first large corporate gala event held in Disney Paris from India. During a brief period, I held the responsibility of driving sales growth in the North region. Despite the limited time frame, I managed to make a significant impact by generating over $15 million in margin. My contributions were instrumental in achieving rapid growth within this region.

As one of the pioneer team members, I played a crucial role in launching and establishing this brand. I took on the challenge of establishing TMIC as the leading MICE operator, film logistics provider, and leisure travel brand in East India, building everything from scratch. One of my notable achievements was organizing the first-ever Bengali movie shoot in Europe. Through my dedication and expertise, TMIC quickly rose to become the top MICE operator in the Eastern region. Later on, I was entrusted with additional responsibilities in the North. I have also been actively involved in the seamless execution of trade fair packages for groups across India, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all participants. .

From an executive, I have risen to the position of branch head of East. I have held the role of branch manager of Special Interest Tours East at Kuoni, a leading travel company in India. I have been the only person to handle two verticals in SOTC, a major travel and tourism company in India. I have accepted the challenge of transforming a branch that was losing money into a profitable one in a very short time. For the next two years, my branch was among the top three performers and I was awarded the best branch manager for two years in a row.
