I am currently working with Allegis Global Solutions partnering with Amazon Contingent Workforce US. My responsibilities include attending the Req intake call with the hiring managers, understanding their positional requirements. According to that I will go ahead and start searching for the candidates through various job portals such as like Indeed, LinkedIn, Salesforce, as well as through Amazon's own ATS system. I do full cycle recruitment such as sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, background verification, I9 process till shipment of the system. I also make sure that candidates are experiencing a smooth onboarding process too. I work on a positions like Technical recruiter, SDE recruiter, HR assistant, HR specialist, Recruiting coordinator, NON IT recruiter, Program Manager, all levels of Marketing Manager.
