 Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY): a skilling and placement project under Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India, its implementation in Konni Block by joining hands with experienced skill providers and captive employers. Implementation of Social Development (SD), one of the three program domains of Kudumbashree, has the following programs in its bag: Agathirahithakeralam (Destitute Free Kerala), BUDS/BRC Institutions and Balasabha in Konni Block. eSOP Certification for Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY). Manages human resources of the team of 7 community leaders and 14 community resource persons directly. Conducts online activities for Balasabha Children of 8 Blocks in the District. Facilitate capacity building support to the Community Resource Persons. Social Mobilization, participation and capacity building of community members, leaders, etc. Design and undertake surveys to evaluate effectiveness of interventions. Coordination and liaison with the Line government departments, other program coordinators on the implementations of DDUGKT & SD. Development of block level Annual Action Plans and Monitoring & Evaluation.  Maintains MIS and social media pages for both DDUGKY and Balasabha up to date.

 Empaneled as Project Executive in Kudumbashree QA Team. Kudumbashree as Appraisal Agency under DDU-GKY to carry out Qualitative Appraisal in line with the notification number 20/2017 dated 3rd April 2017 of Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).  Conducted 34 Qualitative Appraisal for appraising new projects under DDU-GKY in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, etc. Analyzed the current capability of PIA by assessing the project on five parameters viz, Organizational Strength, Training Delivery & Infrastructure, Placement, Quality Assurance and Financial Strength, its fit to undertake and run successful and rule-based operation for the DDU-GKY Projects. Prepared Appraisal Report as per the structure enumerated in the Notification number 20/2017 dated 3rd April 2017 of Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).
