Responsible for all contracts and procurement (direct and indirect) activities and manages all corporate risks for ENSCO Inc. and its whole owned subsidiaries. Reports directly to the President to provide strong legal acumen, risk management expertise and leadership skills to guide the company’s strategic initiatives, contract management and risk mitigation efforts. Works closely with the CFO to pursue and finalize strategic initiatives such as establishing new subsidiaries, acquisitions, banking compliance, corporate leases and corporate insurance policies. Manages and professionally develops a team of directors, managers and administrative staff to provide growth and monitor latest contracting trends.

Leads the enterprise risk office for the company, developing risk strategies by partnering with executive leadership to combat financial loss or potential damage to the firm’s reputation. Ensures a consistent and integrated company wide approach is applied to operational and strategic risk identification, prioritization, response and monitoring of emerging and evolving risks by reinforcing a culture of risk awareness. Drives corporate strategy, global policy, communications, thought leadership, and social impact by playing a critical role in the risk management of the firm’s growth strategy in order to successfully scale the business.

Developed bid/award strategies, executed complex contractual negotiations, managed and mitigated supply chain risk across the company's global supply base and assured compliance with all statutes, regulations (federal and commercial), and contractual terms and conditions. Provided executive leadership over the team’s contractual portfolios, devising alternative courses of action to maximize revenue and mitigate risk while considering resources, constraints, key client relationships, and company values.

Oversaw the company’s operational activities, managed quality assurance programs and created efficiencies around innovative technology and other key functional areas to accelerate the company’s growth agenda.

Led and managed the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes and procedures including Third Party Risk Management Oversight (TPRO) that optimized cost, quality, and delivery performance while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.• Managed a team of over thirty subcontract & purchasing professionals and material & logistics planners, providing senior guidance for business development, proposal support, complex software & hardware purchases, inventory control, supplier relations, and small business plans, generating $750M in sales annually. • Managed 400+ subcontractors, ensuring all agreements were negotiated to the company’s benefit and maximizing profit while complying with all Government regulations. Led the company through two successful Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) audits.
